This is a vintage (1950-1960), rare, iridescent vase, in blown Art glass, with multiple iridescent metallic reflections in shades of blue, green and violet tones. Its height is 9 inches (23 cm), and its width at its widest point is 4.75 inches (12 cm). It has a neck diameter of 1.75 inches (4.5 cm), and a base diameter of 2.25 inches (6 cm). There is a small scratch on one side, shown in the last photo, which does not alter the charm of this item, but I have priced the item to reflect that. Usually sells for around $80.
