This is the Only North American Spec W124 I've ever seen with Cloth Interior and Heated Front Seats.
It's definitely worth saving and restoring.

Needs transmission repairs or replacement.
Has 4 small rust areas starting (pics available). Driver's seat bolster is worn in one spot - I have located sources for replacement cloth.
