This house is absolutely lovely – that’s not the complicated part. The complicated part is that the house just doesn’t look that way right now because we are packing all of our things as we prepare to go away for about a year, and we are giving the house the touch-ups it needs - fresh coats of paint, etc.. BUT, we gutted this house to the brick less than ten years ago, and did all of our renovations tastefully and properly, so if you'll give it a chance and come and see it, it'll be worth the visit.

What also complicates things is our very specific wish list. Ideally, we are seeking a family from September 1st until around July 1st, 2026 for our beautiful home (though we can be flexible here). The perfect fit is a family that might be visiting from abroad, or maybe one that is renovating their own property and needs a great space that is easy to live in and will feel like home.

The main floor is open concept with lots of big windows and a great kitchen. There’s a small washroom at the bottom of the back stairs. The second floor features a primary bedroom with lots of closet space and an en-suite washroom, a fully equipped laundry, and the kids' rooms down the hall have their own closets and a washroom. The third floor is a massive, wide open space that can be used as a bedroom or an entertainment room, and it also features a deck and a very large, finished attic or storage space that can also be used as a dream kids' play space (we did that).

The front and back yards were fully landscaped just three years ago, there is parking (and a plug for cars!), and there is air conditioning. The house is located on a quiet, tree-lined street just far enough from St Clair to not hear the noise, but close enough to walk to all the shops, cafes, and public transportation.
