In York University Village, multiple furnished rooms in large, detached houses are available for post-secondary students. Available from late August or September 1st, 2025. I have more than one room available, please ask for details.

In York University Village, close to York University/Seneca College (a few minutes walking), two TTC subway stations (Finch West and York University) nearby, walking distance to TTC bus and York school shuttle service.

Garage parking with automatic door opener fob is available for extra.

2 rooms are introduced here, both rooms are furnished and have private, 3-piece bathrooms (toilet, sink, and shower). Both rooms are on raised ground floor. Both rooms have large windows facing street and front yard. very bright, full of natural light.

Rooms are fully furnished with bed, mattress, large desks, chairs, and curtains. One room has large double bed (full size) and a large built-in closet, the other room has a twin bed and a large wardrobe.

Shared kitchen is large and clean, with stone countertops, stainless steel kitchen fans and sink. Small appliances (microwave, toaster, toaster oven, hot water kettle) are provided for free use. Free dish detergent and plastic food wrap. Enough kitchen cabinet space for storage.

On-site laundry (washer and dryer), coin operated, $2 per load washing or drying.

WIFI and wired (RJ45 cable outlet in room) internet included. We use ultra-high speed BELL Fibe Gigabits fiber-optic unlimited internet service.

One of the cleanest houses in York Village. Common areas are regularly cleaned, and garbage is collected by a dedicated cleaner.

Rent is from $950 and $880, all-inclusive (all utility, heating, cooling plus Bell gigabits internet both high speed wifi and wired connection via RJ45 port in room) except for laundry, which is coin operated ($2 per load washing or drying) located onsite in the basement.

We're looking for clean, quiet, polite, and gentle single post secondary students who will follow the following house rules:
1. Single occupancy.
2. No smoking (any substances)
3. No pet
4. No visitors (day, night or overnight)
5. No party
6. No sublease
7. Keep quiet all time, no speaker, no music instrument. Lower voice when talking.
8. Keep clean in room; clean common area after use
9. Garbage recycling
10. Other house rules, e.g. house safety rules, no open flame etc.
