Hello me and my fiance are looking to rent our extra furnished bedroom in our 2 bedroom den condo. Everything in it is brand new(besides the 4k 50 inch tv) including a queen memory foam mattress.

RENT: 1100/month plus some utilities

LOCATION: Yonge and Davisville

ABOUT THE UNIT: Amenities are a party room, very nice outdoor BBQ space on the ground floor, and a gym which almost nobody goes to besides me and the fiance.

RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: A lil about us im a 31 year old who's been doing metal framing for 13 years and my fiance is 25 becoming a psw/nurse. We like our quiet nights in and just relaxing. I love to cook so there will be lots of pleasant smells in the house.

I've recently had an accident thats leaving me in the wheelchair for a while but I'll eventually recover. We have 1 cat.

We also have an MS PacMan arcade game machine with other games on it

LEASE TERMS: Month to month or one year lease.

RENT CONTROL STATUS: Building is rent controlled.

ACCESSIBILITY: a low rise of about 12 floors and has elevators.
