Half-open Lid Design
The top features a 50% openable stainless steel cover, enabling mid-process ingredient addition (e.g., spice, oil) and real-time cooking observation without fully removing the lid, preventing heat loss.

Stirring Blade
The stirring blade is constructed from 304 stainless steel. Its scientific and rational structure ensures optimal mixing performance. The unique spring design ensures that the blade maintains close contact with the container bottom.

Speed Controller
Features a knob-operated speed control system that enables precise stirring speed adjustment (0-100 RPM) to accommodate different ingredients. Simply rotate the switch to change speeds effortlessly.


180° Tiltable Design
The pot body features full 180° tilting capability for complete material discharge and easy cleaning. Reinforced connections between the pot and frame ensure stable operation without wobbling during tilting, ideal for rapid discharge of high-viscosity sauces.

Fixed Device
The machine side is designed with a fixing device, which secures the mixing tank to the frame by rotating the handwheel, thus fixing the mixing tank with convenient operation.

Revolving Frame
The base adopts a rotating frame, which allows 180° rotation when the locking device is released. The frame features a ring handle for ergonomic pouring.


Motor
Premium 500W pure copper brush DC motor, featuring large starting torque, fast response speed, and wide speed regulation range; capable of continuous long-term operation; simple structure with easy maintenance.

Swivel Caster
Equipped with four universal movable casters made of wear-resistant plastic material, the system allows flexible movement and instant fixation by gently stepping on the caster pedal.

Side-Axis Locking Device
The rotary knob locks are positioned on the side of the equipment. By rotating the locking mechanism, it securely fixes the mixer in place, preventing wobbling for stable operation while enabling quick disassembly and cleaning.

- Both sides of the stirring barrel are designed with handles for easy installation.
- All food-contact components (including the stirring barrel and blades) are constructed from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring safety and hygiene.
- The thickened 304 stainless steel drive shaft resists deformation, guaranteeing smooth mixing operation.
- The stirring blade adopts the upper and lower double-layer design, and the height of the stirring blade can be adjusted, which can be flexibly applied to the mixing of different food materials, and the mixing effect is better and the application range is wider.
