Very Unique 1993 Mercedes 300E 2.8 (aka 280E)

Rare Spec
This is the Only North American W124 I've ever seen with Cloth Interior and Heated Front Seats.
Worth saving & restoring

2.8 litre M104 twin cam straight 6 engine, automatic transmission
(The 2.8 is also said to be best choice for a turbo build)

It is a bit of a project, but not bad

Needs transmission repairs (leaks)maybe replacement
Has 4 small rust areas starting.
Driver's seat bolster is worn in one spot - I have located sources for replacement cloth.
Probably a few other little quirks and minor things - it is a 32 year old car after all - I have some spare parts available
Otherwise solid

Car was a daily driver until recently
240K kms

Car runs and drives, but should be towed or trailered
