Car is in good condition and driven by family. Comes with original CRV Rubber Mats. TAG tracking system is also installed which can cut insurance costs significantly. Comes with Winter Tires on rims (already installed) a set of original summer tires on rims.

Lease has 23 months left and the payment is only $513/month @ 4.49%. The residual amount at lease end date is $21,574. The down payment for the lease was $3200. I am willing to split up the Down Payment Lease Transfer cost if everything works out.

Reason for cutting it short: I am travelling out of country for a long period.
