Lots of new parts, had the sunroof fixed, ball joints, rear control arms, brakes/rotors about a year ago, ground issuing fixed, belts/pulleys and oil changes every 5000km.

Don’t think it would need anything or much for safety, always kept up with maintenance, and would be great for daily driving or first vehicle.

Only cons I can think of is some really small dents around the body (bought it like that) and some surface rust starting under the paint around the rear wheel.
