Product Features & Advantages



A. The HK-5W weaving welding trolley is automatic. It can obtain wider weld seams at one time.

B. You can adjust swing speed, swing angle, offset position of centre and length of stay. Suitable for different sizes of beads. Maximum carriage speed is 1900mm/min under non-welding condition.

C. The magnetized handle can reduce a small amount of magnetism, which is convenient for cleaning iron chips and moving the carriage.

D. There is an arc shrinking device. Arc shrinking time is about 0-7 seconds.

E. The trolley is equipped with a permanent magnetic guide rail to avoid welding line deviation.

F. The trolley has small capacity, light weight and easy to carry. Even unskilled workers can operate it easily. The control device can be detached and used as a remote control box.

Maintenance & Inspection

Check and maintain the unit regularly in accordance with the following, so that the welding trolley is always in optimal condition.

(a) Is there dust accumulation?

- Control box, welding torch adjustment part switch should be wiped and kept clean frequently, no welding dust.

(b) Does the dirt accumulate?

- The sediment at the end, torch head, guide wheel, driving wheel and slider parts should be removed to avoid affecting the safe operation of the car.

(c) Are the screws of the torch fixing frame and guide wheel loose?

- Screw loosening will make the car walk poorly and the weld path is not uniform, the screw part should always confirm its tightening state.

(d) Is it difficult to adjust the X-Y slider?

- The slider should be lubricated frequently.

(e) Confirm whether joints, connecting wires, hoses, welding torches are broken or damaged?

- Check regularly whether the joint is loose, and whether the connection line, hose, welding torch is broken or damaged.

(f) Is there any abnormal sound or fever?

- Check the guide wheel, motor, welding torch and other components regularly for abnormalities.

(g) Is the fuse blown?

- If the power indicator is not on during welding, check the fuse first.
