What is included:

The private room comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area and in-suite laundry (washer and dryer). We do provide commonly shared items available for all tenants to use: iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack and a hair dryer.

This private room includes a portable wardobe, dresser, work space which includes a work desk, chair and lamp. Your private bedroom comes complete with: bed, linens, pillows, comforters and bath towels. Also, included is a 32 inch smart tv and enjoy unlimited high speed internet with the top internet provider.

Our smart lock keyless entry allow for easy but safe access into the house. You will never have to worry about being locked out of your home.

We also have a large and quietly fenced backyard for those nice relaxing evenings.

Bi-weekly cleaning of all communal areas will be provided.
