Also have one set of wheels with winter tires on them
Accept also trade for other cars , suv or truck, i will not ad anything.

I will not respond to stupid questions like : will it pass the safety because will not in this situation.

Here’s what i think that needs done : rockers need fixed or replaced, left front wing needs replaced, little leaking from the top of gas tank .
