Canplas Endura 3911A02 Solids Interceptor
The Endura solids interceptor collects food debris before entering your grease trap, increasing the working volume of your grease trap and reducing the risk of blockage. The separate solids interceptor allows anyone to periodically clean the debris without opening up the smelly grease trap. Standard 2" connector can be risen to match any grease trap connector size (available in 3" and 4" as per request). Fits all 7 to 50 GPM grease traps.
