I am looking for someone to take over the lease (lease details just below) on my 2023 Mazda GT AWD Hatchback Turbo. Comes with full tank of gas. I love this car, but due to circumstances cannot keep it. The car has been well maintained and has had a Full synthetic oil change (every 8,000 km or sooner - Mazda recommends 12,000) The air filter and cabin filter have also been replaced.

The car comes with winter tires/winter rims (16-inch black alloys) and Rubber mats (including trunk)
Car is accident free.

LEASE DETAILS:

If you are unfamiliar with leasing I am happy to discuss with you as have leased many vehicles.

The contract date was April 9th 2023.
Lease payment is $339 (including tax) biweekly.
The lease is a 4 year lease with 80,000 km’s total.
The car was leased through Mazda Canada at 3.99% (bought at Stoney Trail Mazda NW)
The buyout (after 4 year lease - 2027) is $20,433.40 plus tax.
Payout amount right now is $34,981.00. If you wanted to just purchase the car out right instead of leasing. Total amount out the door (Freight/PDI, accessories, Winter tire/rimes) is $36,730.00

I will split the lease takeover fee of $399 with the new owner.
