My partner and I purchased this van last year for ~$23k intending to build it into a camper van. Since then we have run into a series of mechanical issues and put approximately $40k into it including a completely new engine, oil pump, battery, and a rebuilt transmission (can provide receipts).

At this point all of the most expensive parts have been fixed or replaced. We are considering selling her as this project has gotten more expensive than initially planned, but are not desperate to do so.

Still a few minor issues to resolve such as AC fan fuse replacements, a cracked windshield, and the rear door is in the process of being replaced due to a parking lot fender bender.
