Needs new cat, valve head gasket, headlight and ambient sensor. I have done breaks in the front 4 years ago they are not far from needing to be done again. I did the brake pads and rotors for rear late last year.
Ive done two shock strut in the rear 2 years ago, 3 wheel bearings last wheel bearing was less than a year ago. I have also done other suspension work like tie rod and control arm. Needs an alignment, but not needed for safety. Installed new Nokian all weather tires late January of this year. Needs an oil change. other than right now, because im looking to sell I am not looking to spend any more on it. Despite that I had been religious about my oil change doing them even before its time. Kept always the oil nice and clean and its what has helped for the gasket leak not to be worse.

Yes it needs some work, but you would get a well taken care of car and a reliable, great condition vehicle.
Also has little rust, minimum and body still in great condition, sills are great as well.
