✅ The Good:
Strong and fuel-efficient diesel engine
High roof cargo space – tall enough to stand in
Partially insulated interior (sound-deadening mats installed)
Lots of recent maintenance done, including:
New steering rack
New air filter housing
New CAC pipe (intercooler)
New A/C condenser
Regular oil changes
Drives well and everything important works
Clean inside front cab, no major damage
Great candidate for camper conversion or contractor setup

⚠️ The Bad:
TPMS light is on – likely a tire pressure sensor, does not affect driving
Serpentine belt may need replacing soon (not urgent)
Some rust spots and paint wear on the body (see photos) – normal for a 2015 van
