2014 Honda CR-V LX — 217,224 km — As-Is — $8,900

Selling my 2014 Honda CR-V LX (front-wheel drive) before we move. 217,224 km, selling as-is — priced $2,000–$3,000 below comparable safetied CR-Vs to leave room for the work it needs. Inspected Oct 19: it needs a power steering rack, front CV axle/shaft, front wheel bearing and hub, stabilizer links, exhaust repair, a wheel alignment, and a wiper blade — shop estimate roughly $3,000–$4,000 at shop rates (I have the inspection report). Service records available, second set of winter tires included. Honest disclosure: past insurance claim for rear glass and trunk (repaired, no structural damage), some rust typical of an Ontario-driven 2014. UVIP will be provided. Priced to sell before Nov 1.
