I only bought this car to commute to and from work (I work in film/TV, and was working at two studios on opposite sides of the city - but I mostly worked from home). Five years later, that job has ended and I'm moving overseas so I'm selling the car.
Owned by non-smoker without pets, and kept in an indoor parking garage.
Taxes and licensing are not included in the price; this car is owned by my corporation, so I do have to charge HST on top of the selling price (however, that means you will not have to pay Retail Sales Tax (RST) when you register the transfer of the car with ServiceOntario - I will come with you when you go to make sure - please see this link for more info: https://tinyurl.com/RSTvsHST).

*technically three owners according to the UVIP, but the second was just the dealership after the original owner traded it in until I bought it two weeks later
