2013 Nissan Rogue – Great Mechanical Condition – One Owner

We’re selling our Nissan Rogue with 165,225 km. We are the original owners and have maintained the vehicle well over the years. The car runs smoothly and has no major accident history and no insurance claims. There is some cosmetic wear and tear on the body, but mechanically it’s in great shape. Any dents and scratches can be seen in the pictures.

The following parts were recently replaced to prep for sale:

- Door lock actuator
- Battery
- Front and rear rotors
- Front and rear brake pads
- Muffler & flex pipe
- Drive shaft
- Fresh oil change just completed @ 165,000 KM

Physical Condition Notes:
- Minor body wear and tear (normal for age)
- Few dents from parking lots (no accidents, no claims)
- Slight shaking from the plastic cover underneath (easy fix if needed)
- Silicone applied around driver-side door handle to stop a water leak that affected the actuator
