Bought a new car, selling my 2013 Honda CR-V. Runs well, has 270,115 kms
Currently still has winter tires on in that were just purchased this winter.

Full disclosure, the timing chain is stretched causing it to sometimes make a brief (1 sec) rattling noise when first started, but quickly goes away and is fine after. Eventually whoever buys it may want to get that fixed.

The car is currently in the valley but can bring it to the city for sale if need be.
