Previous owner replaced engine at 250K (no paperwork)

I’ve Recently replaced:
Front rotor
2 x ball joints
2 x rear struts
Rear wheel bearing
2 x coil packs
4 x spark plugs
Oil and filter Castrol Euro 5w40
Coolant change Pink/purple euro
No check engine light.
Car runs like a top, only ever run 91 octane.

Car has tint all around and a set of winter studded tires on steel wheels to go with it.

Car needs:
E-brake fixed
Sway bar links (front)
Windshield
Tires
Small amount of body work, typical NS rust.

The underneath of the car is about 8/10
