Selling my 2012 Mazda 3 with 376km. One owner no accident active status (Have carfax report). Vehicle has remote start and heated seats. Doesn't have the typical Mazda rust around the wheels.
THE GOOD:
New struts/shocks
New Brakes
New wiper blades
Transmission fluid and Semi Synthetic oil change done at 372,959 km
No check engine lights

THE BAD:
Windshield needs to be replaced
Rust on roof from rock chips (see photos)
Piece of plastic under wheel causing noise
I think a brake caliper or something is sticking and causing a noise. Some hair inside (cleaned the best I could)
