Selling my 2012 Lancer Evo GSR. Asking $32,000 o.b.o.

I'm the second owner and have most of the maintenance records dating back to new. No accidents. Active status. The body/paint is in decent shape with a few marks here and there. The interior is also in pretty good shape. Mechanically, the car is in great shape. Within the past 5,000 km's, I've had the following work done to it:
-New AYC Pump
-AYC Pump Relocation
-Oil change
-Transmission fluid change
-Rear differential fluid change
-Transfer case fluid change
-Spark plugs changed
-Coolant flush

Looking to sell as my wife and I are planning on doing some home renovations.
