2010 jeep patriot (PRICED FOR QUCK SALE)

Needs front breaks, headlights need a new ground wire, there's rust on it as you can see in the pictures. Air conditioning works, starter is new, runs and drives and is currently insured and driven. No idea what it will need for a safety, sold AS IS. Will need work but it was good to me the last 4 years ive had it, just bought something new so I dont need it anymore.
