2010 Ford Edge 'As is'

2010 Ford Edge SEL AWD for sale as is. Think its got around 280,000kms. Was running fine in the winter but has sat since.
New battery, leather and good power options and tires. Having a hard time getting it started because I believe it was run out of fuel.
