2012 chrysler 300 for sale 200000km

Needs work:
Front brakes need to be done
Check engine light on (gascap), changed the cap twice not sure what the issue is
A speed sensor needs to be replaced (traction control won't work, abs light on)
Oil change is due
Drivers side headlight out (replaced bulb, must be a wiring issue)
Oil dipstick broken
Drivers side rear quarter panel is rusted (pics on posting)
Clock on dash fell out
Only 1 key and the buttons do not work (I use the manual key)
Occasionally the car does not want to turn over but after turning the key back and starting again it starts every time. (Tried to get a video but it didn't happen)

I've has the car for 10 years and never had any major issues or accidents.
Car is insured until the end of August, depending on where you live I can drop it off if you need.
I got 4 used winters put on it in February (no summer tires)
Car runs great and drives good.
