2010 Audi S4 B8
Needs Transmission
Timing is off on engine so it cranks but won’t start.
No you can’t buy it for $800
No you can’t buy it for $1,200
No you can’t buy it for $2,000
No you can’t buy it for $2,999
Don’t waste both our time
I’ve spent more money just fixing the sport differential on the car than I’m selling the car for.
It needs a new transmission and the engine will probably need work too as it cranks but won’t start.
2 people who brought mechanics both independently diagnosed it as a timing issue.
The car has been sitting for about 2 years and has roughly 200km on it
I have fixed the transmission 3 times already the last time I did I spent 10k fixed the tranny did the brakes and plugs and a few other things
I was told I had a warranty on it but after about 3-4 months of fixing it the tranny went again and when I tried taking it back to the shop the guy had closed the doors and left
The Mechatronic is still good and is the upgraded version.
