- [ ] 2022 replaced two brakes and two rotors but I forget which two.

- [ ] AC cold air flow can only service front row. Heat air can go all 3 rows.
- [ ] One side auto door chain is broken, so I turn off the auto side door. Only use manual side door function.

Sold as is. Here are trade procedure:

1, both sign the Bill of Sale



2, On the back of the vehicle permit, seller find the application for vehicle transfer, which is the document required when seller sell the vehicle. This section must be completed by the seller before the car can be registered in the buyer’s name.



3, Buyer give bank cheque to seller

4, Buyer buy car insurance online in TD website etc. ( only take half hour can do it). then buyer can get the car.

5, Buyer drive car to mechanical shop to get safety certificate by buyers’ own cost.

6, Buyer take the car to ServiceOntario to register the car to their name by the Bill of Sale , Vehicle Permit, car insurance and Safety certificate in step 1,2, 4, and 5.

6, Everything is done (I can tell you one more step to save your tax)
