2008 jeep compass

Pros:
Runs and drives, starts up first try. No engine light. Shifts good, good motor and transmission. All accessories in good working condition; windows, doors, locks, hatch, AC, heat, stereo, cigarette lighter. Relatively clean with no interior damage. Apolstery all in good condition no stains or cuts/rips. Seat covers on front driver and passenger. Spare tire and jack included. Roof rack mounts just no rails.

Cons:
Just bought this about a month ago and it failed a saftey inspection. It needs a decent amount of front end work. Tie rods, controls arms, sway bar. It has a busted lug on the rear passenger wheel. Oil pan has a gradual leek nothing too serious, needs a top up once a month. Rear wheels are worn. Minor rust.

Trying to get what I paid for back out of the vehicle because I dont have time to fix it and needed a drivable vehicle ASAP so I bought another car.
