Selling my 2007 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4 door

-was in underground storage for a year.
-just replaced Brand New Battery.
-AC compressor was replaced last year.
-5 Brand new/take off Rims and Tires from a 2018 Wrangler.
-LED license plate frame/ spare delete.
-new K&N air filter.
-black out tail lights.
-power windows and power locks.
-2 sets of keys w/remote.
-new windshield.
-front end suspension parts replaced.
-radiator was replaced last year.
-mechanically everything is working.
-buyer/seller info package on hand.

The bad:
-needs tune up.
-there is a couple engine codes for oxygen sensor
because there was an exhaust leak that was repaired.
-there is a rip in the driver's seat edge from getting in and out.
-there is a gas leak on the filler hose and it smells if tank is more than half full but no leaks detected.
-there is rust on the rear under the left tailight and a dent on the top corner of the tailgate door.
-needs a good cleaning.
