New front brake pads, new rear driver side brake caliper (recently replaced).

Engine misfires, runs good on higher speeds around 30 to 100 km/h but shakes at a stop or at idle rpm.

Already replaced spark plugs, ignition coils, camshaft sensor, pcv valve cover, nothing helped. Now its most likely either the timing chain tensioner is bad or something with the fuel pump and fuel filter.
