Celica gts, 6 speed manual with the 2zz engine with variable valve timing (think v-tech). This is exclusive to the gts, same with the 6 speed. More powerful than the GT. Cylinders have good compression.

333,691 km: mostly highway miles as I used to go to school in Victoria so it has seen many road trips. I’ve had it for over 10 years, got it in Calgary at 180,000km to replace another Celica. Wouldn’t be surprised if it gets another 100,000km with minimal maintenance as these things are bulletproof

Car is a ton of fun to drive, it’s like being in a go kart and still gets compliments. Has newer Firestone fire hawk tires 1.5 seasons old (summer tires), they are like glue on the road. Great gas mileage. Clutch has less than 10,000km on it, oil changes done every 7-8000km with full synthetic. Has aftermarket command start if you want to use it in the winter. Has two 10” subs pushing 500w rms and aftermarket speakers and head unit with Bluetooth and hands free calling. Has a moonroof. Has a brand new full size spare on rim in the trunk. Has wheel locks.

Interior is 9.5/10 excluding the ripped stitches in the driver seat (easy fix), new windshield and battery. Has some surface rust on the rear wheel wells (easy fix). For being a 23 year old car in Alberta it’s in great shape.

Things that could be fixed:
O2 sensor (doesn’t effect drivability, so it can be replaced when you have a moment)
Rear hatch gas shocks could be replaced (hour job)
Replace fog light bulbs
Replace interior light bulbs
Remove the 3m film on the hood to clean it up (heat gun and adhesive remover)
Could use some new brakes at some point

For the right price I can throw in a set of winter tires on steel rims, they have another season of tread on them.

Sad to see this go, just don’t drive it anymore since I got a large dog. Only been using it in the summer a handful of times for the last couple years.
