Been used as a Landscape Maintenance work truck the last few years so she’s seen some use, but has also been maintained and had lots replaced and repaired in recent times. 4.7L V8, 4x4 .. have an extra set of rims/tires that were summers but rubbers could use replacing, the winters on there now aren’t even two seasons old. Just looking to upgrade the work fleet to some bigger units this year but the Dakota has been great, fuel effecient work horse, parts are easy to access and they are easy to work on.
Recently replaced -
Front brake pads
Wheel bearings (fronts)
CV joints
Water pump
Front drive axle joints
Have new ball joints too I’ll probably put in pretty soon here or give them to you with the truck.
-just gave it an oil change and antifreeze flush, water pump seal was leaking a bit but fixed that and flushed it all at the same time.
Con’s is that it does have some kinks, interior has some broken trims.. window covers have some breaks. Front fender panel and back door were replaced after a sideswipe a pole. Burns a little oil but runs smooth.
Still a super solid unit.
