Selling my 2001 Honda Civic LX. It's a great little car that was mostly stored and used as a third vehicle. It's reliable and has some recent work done to keep it running strong. It's a great option for a daily driver or a first car.

Pros:
Engine & Drivetrain: Last year, the engine was swapped with a D17 with only 146,000 km. At the same time, a new clutch and flywheel were installed. I've been diligent with oil changes every 7,000 km.
The car has a Pioneer Bluetooth stereo, which is a nice modern upgrade.
New Motomaster Battery July 3rd.
New Wiper Blades.
FOB works. 1 spare key.
Spare tire/tools included.
Aftermarket Exhaust Manifold (prev owner)

Known Issues (Reflected in Price):
Clutch: The clutch release bearing is a bit squeaky because it wasn't replaced with the new clutch. This is a cosmetic sound and doesn't affect driving performance.

Windows & A/C: The passenger-side window works intermittently, and the A/C needs a recharge. I have a recharge kit but haven't had a chance to get to it this summer.
Body: A previous rust repair on the passenger rear quarter panel is starting to show rust at the edges, and the clear coat is faded in some spots.
Interior: The car does not have a shift knob. I have an aftermarket Skunk2 knob on it now, but it requires a thread adapter to be properly installed.

I'm selling the car as-is because I'm moving out of province next month and don't have time to do the final repairs.
