2002 GMC Sierra 1500 extended cab with an 8ft box. (5.3L v8)

The truck has 263,000kms on it, runs and drives very nicely.
The good:
- Solid engine, no leaks or issues to speak of
- Transmission is flawless, no issues to speak of
- Replaced most of the front end last year, plus got an alignment done
- New tires last year, less than 1000kms on them
- New water pump last fall
- New battery this spring

The bad:
- Rockers and Cab corners are gone
- There is a draw on the batter that recently showed up.
- the parking brake is hung slightly due to a less than stellar mechanic
- The suspension is on the softer side of good

This truck would make an excellent project for someone who has time for it, or it could be parted out for the 5.3 and tranny. The tires alone are damn near worth my asking so someone will get a great deal. I just got married and no longer have the time or budget for toys so I have to let this one go. My loss is definitely your gain.
