Selling our beloved Outback. Leased brand new in 2020 and loved it so much, I bought it outright at the end of the 3 year lease. Has been a great vehicle and has taken us on many outdoor adventures with ease, all while ushering us calmly and smoothly around town. Only reason for selling is we have outgrown it and need something bigger. Private sale - no gst.

Well maintained and very reliable vehicle since new. Recently did a full service @ 100,000kms including:
- Subaru OEM shocks all 4 corners
- Brake fluid flush, rotors & pads
- Front and rear differential service
- Transmission service
- Wheel alignment
- Spark Plugs
- Fluids

Key features:
- Limited Trim with 2.4l Turbo (260hp & 277lb-ft torque)
- 3500lb towing capacity
- Apple Car Play/Android Auto
- Heated leather seats (front and rear)
- Heated steering wheel
- Auto dimming mirrors
- LED headlights and fog lights (headlights turn as you turn the steering wheel and high beams auto shut-off as they detect oncoming traffic)
- Adaptive cruise control
- Lane keep assist
- Reverse camera and automatic braking

Modifications:
- Hitch and 4pin and RalliTek Rear overload springs (installed 2022). I have the 7 pin adapter just never got around to installing it because I didn't tow anything that needed 7 pin. Can include with vehicle sale. Used the hitch and 4 pin to tow our little 14' fiberglass boat (~1,800lbs trailer included), hitch basket for camping and bike rack with 3-4 bikes.

- Falken Wildpeak A/T Trail tires (in 2022) hard to say how much life is left, but still have rubber before the wear bar. I used separate winter rims and tires so can't judge just on kms. Chose these tires to get us safely up the backroads through BC and AB without worrying about punctures and extra meat on the tires when looking for remote campsites.

Some flaws:
- Windshield is cracked, but out of line of sight. Can look into replacing if you want, but will have to adjust the price accordingly.
- Random minor paint blemishes throughout when up close (it does have over 100,000kms and has been used as an Outback). Combination of AB/BC roads and inconsiderate parking lot people. Can send for a polish, but will have to adjust the price accordingly.

Currently and active vehicle so keeping it clean is going to be tough as we live in a new community under construction. Will continue using the vehicle to and from work and around town for kids extra curriculars (no outdoor adventures while up for sale).

Love the car and we're all sad to see it go, but it's time to bite the bullet on a 3 row vehicle.
