I just put $1500 into new tires and rims. I also just spent $2000 on a full break job with new rotors, pads and calipers. The vehicle needs some work. Currently has a radiator leak . Runs and drives. But I would suggest towing where ever you are taking to get the radiator fixed. Pretty much just asking for scrap value plus the value of the tires
