1993 gmc sierra pick up truck

1993 Black & Silver GMC Sierra 1500 Rear wheel drive. Engine V8 had heads and carbs done about 4 years ago to hot rod the truck. Full body respray about 4 years ago and the bodywork is in excellent condition. I bought it from a young guy who had a list of work done, but I cant find the list. I have used it for the last three years and the only item I had to repair was the rear diff seal and that cost me $186.00 at the local garage. While in my possession I have given it oil changes every 5,000 KM. Never driven in winter. It aint fast by todays standards because its a 1993 truck with wind up windows, but that just means little maintenance as long as you change the oil at regular intervals. Its go no rust on the body and the chassis is solid. Mileage is 471,294 KM's and starts first time every time. Will cuise at 120km's per hour all day. The heater works for hot air, and the inside is in good condtion. There are only two defects that I know (1) A/C is not working and never has while I had it and the Cruise control has nver worked. I am looking for around $11,000 mark. I'm not crazy about selling it, and I am willing to haggle over the price, but I'd I appreciate you don't waste time with any low ball offers because its a solid truck.
