Hello, I have this turn key fresh restored Truck for sale.
Me and my dad have had this truck almost its whole life, dad bought it in 1980.

1978 Ford F-150 Ranger 4x4

-Original 82,000kms on truck , Ford 400M aprox 40,000km
-This truck has never been off-road, gravel road, never winter driven, inside parked for winters

Fresh paint, no chips or scratchs, Zero bondo or filler !

Alberta owned and Registered.

Rubbers/bushings all changed , fresh windshield with new tint and rear slider installed, new mouldings.

Motor is Ford 400M 6.6L with approx 40,000km
All parts Listed replaced last summer with less then 500kms driven on them . started and ran every 2 weeks .
-New Edelbrock AVS2 Carburetor 650cfm - Chrome
-Edelbrock Air cleaned - chrome
-Carburetor and aircleaner each 1" spacers
-Edelbrock performer intake manifold
-Mechanical fuel pump with Edelbrock hard line fuel filter and casing.
-Rebuilt Chrome water pump
-Aluminium Fan
- Full distributor with cap, rotor, wires, plugs, coil, voltage regulator and Ecm etc..
-Oil pan and transmission pan new seal
- All fluids replaced underneath
-New fuel tank, straps, sending unit and fuel lines front to back

Very clean and tight engine, lots of chrome and colour.
Engine turns over with one click of the key, better then most new trucks on the road.

Differentials are Front Dana 44 with fresh fluid and axle u-joints and locking front hubs. Rear is Ford 9' with new ring gear, pinion and bearings.

Front end is rebuilt
- Upper and lower ball joints, tie rods, steering bar
-pro comp steering shock, pro comp springs and shocks for 2' lift, rear 2"blocks and shocks
- New Hard line bake hose
- All U-joints replaced front to rear
-Steering box rebuilt , very tight on the road

Front Brakes Rebuilt with fresh pads
Rear drums Rebuilt with all new hardware and pads.

-Full weather strip kit and new window felts on both doors.

2 sets of wheels .

x4 - 325/65R16 BFG KO2 (34.6") with less then 500Kms
- 16x7 Mikey Thompson Classic 3 chrome wheels is great condition , ceramic coated.
-Removed, cleaned and stored for winter
- Bolt on 1.25" spacers

second set of wheels are original chrome/alloy wheels from 1978 with 33' worn dunlops - kept on for winter storage .

-Fresh paint last year. doors, fenders and jams all painted, tail gate is painted just not installed.

-All new light bulbs, headlight, front markers and signal lights are new lenses, rear lights replaced, etc

Ok so that is some of the good , I have worked very hard on this truck myself over 2 years and sad to have it go.
Lots more work not listed.

OK now the bad,

- Interior bench seat leather is worn out, but I have a quote from a shop in town to replace the foam,springs and matching leather (gray, black with red piping) for $1,800 removed and reinstalled
-Licence plate lights need installed
-Radio not working/no speakers installed
-Rubber from cowl to hood is missing and need installed
-Doors are tight to close and could use adjustment because of new rubber seals.
- Side ranger 4x4 badges are not installed - kept great condition in glovebox. can install or leave off
-Tail gate mounting hardwear needs installed. Tail gate fresh painted and in working condition.
- Rear shocks are not new but still working condition, changed few years ago.
- Needs a bath , but i can do that for a serious buyer and shine it up.

This is your chance to own a classic rare truck to cruse on date nights or car meets .
