EVERYTHING WORKS, there are NO LIGHTS ON THE DASH! You can jump in, & drive it across canada as is! Being sold AS IS WHERE IS! Likely WON'T be able to get it certified. Needs work underneath! We had it over FIVE YEARS, & have LOVED it! We now have TWO gen 3 rav4's, ONE HAS to GO!
