1.Divided dough will have a certain error value (please refer to the above parameters), the larger the weight of a single dough, the greater the error; Buy carefully if you mind this.

2.Do not put the dough directly into the machine after fermentation (over fermentation), because the dough is too sticky and will stick to the machine, please refer to the picture below!!! The fermented dough should be processed until it is firm and sturdy before being put into the machine.

3.For the fermented dough, the machine will inevitably cause damage to the gluten because the dough is driven by a spiral rod, and the effect of bread products may be somewhat different from that of hand (it may also depend on the operation and technical level of the baker), if you mind this, please buy carefully!!

4.Over fermentation dough should be purchased with caution. If conditions permit, it is recommended that you divide the dough before fermenting it.For other types of dough (such as hard dough, cookie dough, etc.), you can buy this machine with confidence
